Scott Binde- a local cycling legend’s death and legacy
Scott Binde and Alexandria Old Town resident and one of the founders of Outriders- a meetup group of local LGBTQ+ cyclists was killed Saturday afternoon while doing a Cacoctin Mountain Ride just outside Fredrick Maryland.
