Happy Halloween! On Sunday, October 27, BPAC celebrated the holiday by organizing a morning and evening ride through Del Ray’s spectacularly spooky streets. The route went past a disco dance floor, a homage to deadcades of pop music, creepy clowns, a zombies vs. skeletons electoral showdown, and many other well-decorated houses.
